"Very disappointed with this product. The lignans all stuck to the bottom of the bottle. I shook it every time I used it. I refrigerated it as instructed on the bottle.

I can get the lignans by grinding fresh flax seed. Much easier & much easier to work with.

I do not recommend this product. I will not purchase it again."

"Unless you have a big family and breeze through this stuff than I would definitely recommend keeping this in the freezer from day one. Mine was o.k for 1 week and I keep my fridge colder than average and always put it right back after use. I was surprised that it went bad after 1 week of being opened...what a waste to dump 3/4's down the drain. The only reason I gave it some stars is because the price is excellent."

"This is the best oil anywhere. It is the darkest I have ever seen which means it has more lignans. Don't ever buy flax oil in the grocery store, it is way to over priced and you have to deal with low grade yellow oils."
