Great for nursing mothers! I'm a vegetarian so I have to find ways to make sure I get enough DHA. I started taking Nueromins DHA when I was nursing to ensure there was enough DHA in my milk. EFA Gold Neuromins by Nature's Way This is a fantastic product for those of us who cannot tolerate fish oil. WIth Nature's Way EFAGold, you still get fantastic results from the DHA, but it comes from algae oil instead, and in my opinion, is a lot less fishy! March 9, 2008
