It's great for frying
I love using coconut oil in my cooking. The only downside is that the coconut taste comes out sometimes really strong and it changes the way the food tastes. When I'm making Thai dishes, though, it works well.

Amazing!
I use this as a skin care product (except on my face), I mix it with my regular lotion and my skin looks five years younger! I'm in my 50's and it even seems to firm.

hate the plastic jar
If I had realized this product came in a plastic jar I never would have ordered it. It's too much trouble to send it back, but I will never order it again. I may even boycott other Nature's Way products in the future -- how does one get through to these people?? Buy the Garden of Life brand instead. It's a good coconut oil in a glass jar.

Very Good Product
I use this for moisturizing my skin and for making my hair look shiney and feel so much better.The solid form becomes liquid quickly with body heat for use on the skin and in the hair.It works well with my essential oils as well. I also like the fresh flavors of my produce sauteed in this oil, no masking of the flavors.
