great chill pill
I don't know if it is mere coincidence, but since taking Holy Basil, I have not been feeling nearly as stressed this year at school. This is one pill I take every single work day. It is more expensive than some of my supplements, but is worth every penny. I'm rather highly strung, but this does help me to feel calmer. I've been taking it for a couple of months, and can really notice the difference.

i keep this on hand at all times...
this product helps keep me emotionally stable and stress free. it gives me a calm feeling without feeling sedated or lethargic. i keep this with me at all times just because its that effective and it works when you take it. you dont have to wait weeks for it to "get in your system".
