Godd Suppliment - Not for Drastic Changes
This is a good Suppliment, If your looking to see more drastic results try a product with stronger mg. or one that has more that just H.G.W. in it. I was looking for H.G.W. as a energy sup. with other obvious bennifits. it's OK but i have tried other stronger brands, and had more (enlargment) results. Those products did WAY more than what i was looing for :) so i chose this as a vitamin suppliment and i am happy.

It takes a while to work but it is an excellent product
