This was not the best for me
I do believe the claims of horse chestnut but for me, it gave me diarhea. I like all the other products I have purchased from Vitacost but this one, for me, is not the best

Lose those night-time foot cramps
I was pretty skeptical buying this, since taking high dose potassium didn't seem to help me, but taking one every night with dinner seems to do the trick.

Great product!
I stopped taking this for a couple of weeks and I could feel the difference in my legs and feet! For the great price that Vitacost offers...there is no reason not to take this great herbal vitamin!

Keep it flowing
I've used this product for at least 10 years now.
I work in an office, at a computer, this product
helps in lower body blood circulation as well as
reduction in muscle cramping in my legs. You
might not feel the results when you're using this product. You definitely notice when run out or
stop using it for a several of days.
