this company has high quality products at a good price. I use horsetail to strengthen my hail and nails. I've been using it for years, I only take 2 in the morning, but 2 later on would be better. I notice a difference if I don't use it.

ich nehme horsetail immer wenn ich haarausfall habe. nach spätestens zwei wochen reduzieren sich die symptome. günstiges produkt, kleine bequem einzunehmende kapseln. was will man mehr.

Great Stuff
I have used horestail weed for years. Natures Way is one of the better brands out there in my opinion. It is great for skin hair and nails. Also helps your body absorb calcium. When I stop using it my nails begin to break and split ends appear. Also a great diuretic, so be sure and drink plenty of water.

Excellent Natural Diuretic
I like to use this product for those times when I am bloated and retaining water in my body. You must make sure you drink alot of water when taking it. You will flush your system of excess water when you drink enough water. If you don't, you will become dehydrated. This is an herbal formula that seems to work right away - but everyone's body is different.
Also, this is natural silica which is good for strengthening hair and nails. You can't beat the price!
