I have had to take iodine in some form for years. This product works well for me with no side effects. I definitely feel better when I take it. It is an easy and inexpensive way to feed the thyroid the iodine it needs.

Good Value
Seems like a good value. I'm just wondering about the Iron. I noticed that the different Kelp have different or no degree's of Iron. I prefer none or as little as possible since I'm a man.

Inexpensive and healthy way to obtain iodine
Great source of iodine for me.
Take as directed.
Never an after taste and manufacturer says they test for
toxins.
