Gentle relief This product is gentle and it works well with no cramping. At a little over 3 cents a capsule, it's a fabulous value. I take 1 at night and don't need to worry about after effects as I would with a harsh laxative. Highly recommend as a stool softener too. January 21, 2008

Take at bedtime as needed with a full glass of water.

Adults & children age 15 and over: Take 2 capsules.

Children 8-15 years of age: Take 1 capsule.

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not take for more than 1 week as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence.
