psyllium seeds Psylllium seeds are hard to find. Vitacost was one of the only places I did find them at. They are much gentler on the stomach than psyllium husks, so they are quite helpful for me. I have digestive problems and need the product made from seeds. September 1, 2007

Worse purchase ever This item was recommended as a cleansing agent to help reduce high cholesterol. However, after taking the pills for three days, I felt that there wasn't any cleansing going on. I now have 5 bottles that I don't want to use. Next time I will try a bottle of something rather than more. August 13, 2007

Drink a full glass (8 ounces) of liquid with each dose.

Adults & children 12 and over: Take 6 capsules once daily.

Children 6 to 12: Take 3 capsules once daily.

Children under 6: Consult a doctor.

NOTICE: Take this product with at least a full glass (8 ounces) of liquid. Taking without enough liquid may cause choking. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seed immediate medical attention.
