I felt the effects of this product right away. It works for me as it touts itself to. Plus- in this form, the little tablets have a wonderful scent.

Smells so good & authentic.
It is hard to tell, unless you find a doctor who will scope out your blood with lab tests, which supplement brands are working and which are not. However, I feel very good about this product because as soon as I open it I can smell a strong, fresh, pine scent.

energy and mood booster
I looked this up on the web after reading about it, saw that it had been extensively studied in Europe and found to be a powerful antioxidant. I started with a small dose and was delighted at the sense of well-being and heightened energy I felt. It also seems to be a natural mood enhancer. When it has metabolized, you sleep well. Just don't take it late in the day!
