"I have followed my own adaptation of the estrogen/progestrone program outlined in the book Natural Hormone Balance by Uzzi Reiss for 7 years now. These have been my favorite for quite some time. This past year I am now increasing my daily intake so I use these to supplement my regimen of two 750mg am and pm to boost estrogen if I'm headachey or what not. there have been brands that I've used that did not do the job. this one is excellent"
