Works Wonders!
I use this product in combination with Black Cohosh and it does wonders for my hot flashes. I found this product just in the nick of time...just before summer started I was getting many severe hot flashes, especially at night; it was horrible, but thanks to these products there are days when I don't get even one hot flash and on the days that I do, they are mild. Thanks Vitacost for the great products at the best prices.

I have followed my own adaptation of the estrogen/progestrone program outlined in the book Natural Hormone Balance by Uzzi Reiss for 7 years now. These have been my favorite for quite some time. This past year I am now increasing my daily intake so I use these to supplement my regimen of two 750mg am and pm to boost estrogen if I'm headachey or what not. there have been brands that I've used that did not do the job. this one is excellent
