Great product if you are feeling like you are getting a cold or just don't feel well. Started taking and WOW felt better the next day. My son, his wife, and granddaughter also tried it when they started feeling bad and it made the feel better also. Great immune booster.

How to chase away a cold
Whenever I feel a cold or flu symptoms coming on, I immediately start taking Sambucus four times a day. I having been using this product for years and I have not had a full-blown cold in that time. Try the Immune Syrup, which contains elderberry extract, echinacea, Vitamin C and zinc. The elderberries are what really do the trick, but the combination of these ingredients seems to be important, too. The price can't be beat. You would pay twice the Vitacost price in a store or pharmacy. Not exaggerating, this really stops a cold in its tracks. This product..works !!
I am so pleased with this product. Through the winter-months I always seemed to be fighting with a cold, sore throat...etc.
I started taking this product and continue to use it at the maintenance level. I have been healthy since I started it.

I use this whenever I start to feel like I'm going to get sick. It will usually prevent me from going through several days of symptoms. And if I do get sick, it will definitely shorten the time frame that I remain sick.
