Works quickly and effectively. Great value! I bought a bottle to keep at my work place because people keep circulating their germs. I keep it in the kitchen for anyone to use. Nature's Way Umcka® Cold and Flu Sugar-Free Syrup Berry Directions

For best results, use at first sign of symptoms and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms subside.

 

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 1 ml 3-5 times daily.

Children under 12: Consult a doctor.


Ingredients: Pelargonium sidoides, Aconitum anpellus, Eucalyptus globulus, Bryonia alba, Eupatorium perfoliatum, Gelsemium sempervirens, Phosphorus, Ipecacuanha
Warnings
If sore throat is severe, persists more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by a fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. Ask a doctor before use if you have a cough that lasts or is chronic such as occurs with smoking.
