This stuff is great! We started using Umcka a year ago. At the first sign of a cold coming on we take it and either don't continue getting sick or are just mildly sick when others are totally wiped out. The whole family swears by it! We use the alcohol-free drops and the flavor is not at all nasty. Two sizes are available, something I didn't know the first time I ordered, and we now buy the larger 2-ounce size. January 29, 2013

For best results, use at the first sign of symptoms and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms subside.

Adults & children 12 years of age and older: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 4 to 5 times daily.
Children 6 to 11: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 2 to 4 times daily.
Children under 6: Consult a doctor.

Ingredients: Active ingredient Pelargonium sidoides 1X Tincture
Inactive ingredients purified water, vegetable-source glycerin.

Warnings

If sore throat is severe, persists more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by a fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. Ask a doctor before use if you have a cough that lasts or is chronic such as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema, a cough accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus).

Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms do not get better within 7 days, fever worsens or lasts more than 3 days, new symptoms occur. These could be signs of a serious condition.

If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health care professional before use.
