Effective with other vitamins
I take my vitamins in the doses I need instead of a multi with pre-set doses, and this one works well. I have never noticed a difference in effectiveness on different brands, just the sizes and prices. This one is easy to swallow and the price is fair.

Excellent Value
My husband and I both take all the B vitamins separately and have found that these B1s are excellent and very well priced.
