It works together with other vitamins
I prefer to take a bunch of vitamin pills -for my own health reasons, instead of a 'multi' that has a set doses for ea. including some that I don't need any extra-, and this one does the job well. I have taken different brands but never noticed any difference except prices.

Too Artificial
After having gotten used to whole food vitamins these just don't compare.
