If you take 1000mg of vit C everyday, this is a great one-capsule choice. The capsules are quite large -- bigger than the typical large multi-vitamin.

vitamin c by natures way
i take vitamin c everyday and have tried many brands for the money this one is by far the best it is very easy to digest and does the job of protecting me it fits in well in maintaining a balanced vitamin and herb regime i will continue to buy this product on a regular basis you can take it throughout the day without any distressing side effects although everything from vitacost is fantastic i never shop anywhere else now
