This capsule is huge! compared to other forms of 400IU Vit. D available. If you have or have had any experience with a pill sticking in your throat, avoid this product. Many smaller capsules and gel caps are available. Suggest you consider them unless cost is the over-riding factor.

Exactly what the doctor ordered
I purchased this product for two reasons. 1) It is in capsule form, which the body uses much faster than tablet form; 2) the price was right.
My doctor wanted me to add Vitamin D to my routine and this was the best I found.
