Very small pill
If you have trouble with large pills, you need to buy this. The size is about the same size as a baby aspirin. How does it work? How could we ever know?

Great Product!
Nature's Way is such a great product. They are GNP certified, so I know I get what they list in their supplements. I am very satisfied with all of their supplements, Vitamin D included.
