Doesn't cover gray.

"This was my third experience using a Naturint Color. The shade was very much a bright cranberry on me - a little to intense and pinkish. A couple of weeks after using it, I covered it up with a deep brown to tone it down. The real downside was that it didn't cover a portion of my new (gray) re-growth. A spot right up front, which is where I begin applying color first. I left it on for extra time too. I'm really trying to like this brand but it's hard. In my experience, the colors are far from natural - especially the reds. The results are inconsistant. I like that it's low on some chemicals, odor and no animal testing but it's lacks in a lot of other areas."

"I bought this product because it gives the idea that it is natural and may not irritate the scalp. I do get irritation from the product but it is less severe than other products. I keep using it because the color lasts a long time. I mix mahogany blond with tiede brown to get the color I want."

"I use this product for over three years, it is excellent. It is very natural for hair and scalp, it gives your hair natural and shiny look. It causes no irritation. I constantly get compliments not only on my hair color, bot on it's quality, such as texture and lively look. I recommend for those who need to cover gray hair to use it. You just need to find your shade, and there are a lot of different colors and shades. Inessa."

"I've been using Naturtint 7M for 2 yrs. now and love the results. My natural dark brn hair lightens to a beautiful mahogany red WITHOUT the
" hot " red roots that I used to get from other brands in the store. The color last atleast 8 weeks and it's very gently. My hair looks and feels fabulous."

"I have used L'Oreal Feria for at least 10 years. The color and shine that I got with it was great. I began to notice that the hair on the back of my head was becoming exceptionally dry however, even my hair stylist commented. I tried some other brands but was not happy with the way they left my hair looking dull. I had my stylist color my hair and really didn't like it any better than the Feria and it was much more expensive than doing it myself. I decided to give Naturtint a try to see if it would help with the dryness but I was skeptical about how well it would color. I shouldn't have waited to long! This stuff is wonderful. The Mahogany Blonde turned out looking pretty much the color shown on the box but that is basically the natural color of my hair. I wasn't trying to lighten or darken my color. I knew this was a keeper when my daughter's teenage friend commented to her about how much she liked the color of my hair! The problem area that I had in the back is gone. I couldn't be more pleased!"

Naturtint Permanent Hair Color 7M Mahogany Blonde Directions

1. Mix Naturtint Hair Colorant & Developer. 2. Apply mixture to hair. 3. Wait 20 minutes. 4. Massage & rinse. Wash with a natural pH shampoo such as Naturtint Plant Extracts Shampoo. 5. Rinse and apply Hair Conditioner. Massage for 2 minutes and rinse again.

Ingredients: Naturtint®: PEG-2 oleamine, aqua (water), cocamide DEA, alcohol denat (alcohol), propylene glycol, ethanolamine, oleic acid, sodium sulfite, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (Triticum vulgare, soy, corn, Avena sativa), sodium ascorbate, tetrasodium EDTA, parfum (fragrance), p-phenylenediamine, 4-chlororesorcinol, p-aminophenol, 4-amino-2-hydroxytoluene.
