I don't see the raves on this one...

"I'm a natural blond and always have been. When I had my son I went from platium blonde to a strange sandy cooper blonde litterally over night. Even my eyebrows and hair on my legs got a lot darker. So due to this I started highlighting my hair to tone it down. So when i saw all of the rave reviews on this product with out the harsh chemicals I thought I got to give this a try. I used the sandy golden blond. My hair takes quicker than most so I only left it on for 20 minutes concnered for me that would be to long. Note usually I never leave color on for more than 15 minutes because that is how my hair is. I was never able to do a perm due to my hairs responses and I do not have over treated hair. So I left it on for 20 minutes and I wound up using extra conditoner, thus conditioning twice because my hair felt like straw. It combed out with min. knots and it does feel soft now that it is dry and it does not look or feel damaged BUT where is the golden? there is none. It is a sandy blonde and NO golden. The golden is what I was looking for. My hair had more "color" prior to using this product. So I'm a bit disappointed but here it is and will stay for the next 6 months because I only use color once every 6 months. I really wanted golden."

"I love this. I have been coloring my hair for years and I am tired of putting chemicals on and in my body. I loved the color , even though it was different from the photo on the box. It darkened my hair to a natural, sandy blonde. My daughter and husband both liked it and commented how I had looked washed out by my previous color. This is very natural looking . I only used it a week ago, so I don't know about fading. I did order more and also another color to try."

"I bought this to color my blonde hair. I had used another blonde color from this brand the last time and I wanted to go a little brighter blonde this time. I waited 30 minutes after applying and after showering and blow drying my hair, I saw that my blonde hair was now red! I really do not like the color and am hoping after I shampoo it a few times it will settle to a more normal color. On the plus side, it did make my hair soft and manageable. I just wish it wasn't red!"

Naturtint Permanent Hair Color 8G Sandy Golden Blonde Directions

Begin by mixing the NaturTint with the Developer. Apply to hair. Wait 20 minutes before you massage and rinse. Wash with a natural pH shampoo such as NaturTint Plant Extracts Shampoo. Rinse and apply Hair Conditioner. Massage for 2 minutes and rinse again.

Ingredients: Naturtint: 2 fl oz PEG-2 oleamine, aqua (water), cocamide DEA, alcohol denat (alcohol), propylene glycol, ethanolamine, oleic acid, hydrolized vegetable protein (triticum vulgare, soy, corn, avena sativa), sodium sulfite, sodium ascorbate, tetrasodium EDTA, parfum (fragrance). (+/-) p-phenylenediamine, 4-amino-2-hydroxytolueno.p-aminophenol, 2-methyl-resorcinol, m-aminophenol, 4-chloro resorcinol, N,N-bis (hydroxyethyl)-p-phenylenediamine sulfate, 2-amino-4-hydroxy-ethylaminoanisole sulfate.

Warnings

This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation or allergic reaction on certain individuals and a preliminary sensitivity test according to accompanying directions should first be made. Contains phenylenediamines & hydrogen peroxide. This product must not be used for the drying of the eyelashes or eyebrows: to do so may cause blindness.
