Excellent Supplement for me and my family
I put this powder in everything. It's easier to get ALL the nutrients from Chia in this form. My kids don't even realize it's in so many of their favorite foods. Yum!

Great for your health and curbing your appetite
I use this to thicken sauces or my drinks. It helps with dieting alot. Dr. Oz recommended that you add some to water and drink that instead of having your evening snack. I also sprinkle it on cereal, yogurt and since it doesn't have much of a taste it works well with just about anything.

Great alternative to chia seeds
This product is an excellent alternative to using chia seeds. It's ground fine and is similar to flax meal, so it can be used instantly without any soaking or hydrating. It's excellent in smoothies or mixed into oatmeal or other cereals. You can also sprinkle it on salads. I like that Navitas Naturals sprouts the seeds, which tends to release the nutrients in the seeds. They also do this with their flax meal. I prefer using chia seed in the form of powder over using the whole seeds.

Love it! I add just a tablespoon to my protein shakes in the morning and it thickens them up quite nicely.
I've also used it in place of flour when making gravy, I've dusted it over top my kids' yogurt. I like!
