For a protein powder w/out ANY sugar... it's good I'm not a maca fan... So plain maca powder I have a really hard time choking down. This is a really nice blend. Works great on my sugar elimination diet... adding it to unsweetened yogurt and kefir and it's not bad. I haven't cooked w/it yet, but will be. As always... Vitacost has the best price around & I had an issue w/my order & they resolved it immediately. March 20, 2013
