Powerful stuff I used Cinnamon force for blood sugar control (yes it works) but also received the added benefit of it helping with circulation. Some advice for ladies who menstruate: I started taking this pill when my cycle had just ended and bam it came back...this has happened twice! So for those of you who like me, have an irregular cycle, I imagine this might aid in getting your period to start if you haven't had one and you know you're not pregnant.
