Highly recommended! I've been slowly switching all my supplements from the generic drugstore variety to whole food organic supplements and was very happy when I discovered New Chapter. E food complex was actually my first introduction to New Chapter products; I really like their philosophy and business practices and like spending my $$ with them. It's difficult to quantify the effectiveness of vitamin supplements because I'm not a doctor, natural healer or nutrition expert. I can only offer anecdotal evidence that this product is good for me and I noticed its effectiveness best when I temporarily STOPPED using this product for a couple of weeks. I continued with another multi-vitamin and noticed a slight sluggishness and dull complexion. Within a week of continuing with E Food complex, my energy returned. Go figure. My only complaint about New Chapter is the expense. It is an expensive line and I do without other things to squeeze this into my budget but figure it's worth it. August 16, 2007
