Chromium is Chromium I bought this product because someone advised me that this GTF variety is the "best absorbed". Having done more research on the internet, I have found out that this is not correct. Using GTF in front of the word Chromium is a gimick. Chromium Picolinate or pretty much any chromium has the same absorption/effectiveness rate. Don't spend the extra money on this specialty version. November 19, 2007

Better than Expected I was recommended this product because it is a whole food and New Chapter is of high quality. I've tried other Chromium products and none of them have worked nearly as well as this one. This is top-notch for the money spent. July 18, 2007
