Great results - and no stomach upset! I've been using this for about 6 months now after reading up on my failing fingernails, hair and energy. All improved quickly and noticeably, which tells me there are likely other systemic health benefits on important functions. Most other irons upset my stomach even when they promise not to, but this one is PERFECT! Even on an empty stomach I feel no ill effect. I sent some to my 27-yr daughter after her anemic diagnosis with no great relief from standard chemical iron supplements. Really works I had very low iron levels and after a week of taking these I could feel a difference in energy levels. It will take six months or so to get the full effects, but I feel the benefits already. Dosage taken is 2 pills once a day. August 20, 2012
