Emphysema runs in our family I used to smoke, quit 20 years ago, then relapsed for four years and quit again 9 years ago. I work out at least five times a week and found myself wheezing anyway on my hour long walks in the woods. It could have been hay fever, but was happening before the snow melted. I figured I had nothing to loose by trying this supplement, and it has worked very well for me. I do martial arts, but also work with sandblast grit in my glasswork, so for me, I felt it was a good idea to help my lungs as much as possible and tried this. New Chapter is a very good product, and whatever is in these works well for me. Enough to add this to my daily list of things to use. I may not take it all the time, but will have it on hand or take half dose most of the time. It can't hurt, and seems to have helped me enough to not be wheezy.
