Not sure when is optimal time. My husband tried 3 bottles and found it difficult as to when is the best time to take it for optimal sleep. Doesn't seem to consistently give me a good night's rest. February 2, 2013

Best Herbal Sleep I've been taking 2-3 Tranquilnite gels regularly for several years. It is highly effective for middle of the night sleep problems, is non-addictive, and does not cause drowsiness the following day. Unfortunately, it is expensive, but costs much less at vitacost than at retail health food stores. November 12, 2007

New Chapter tranquilnite While the product seemed about as effective as other herbal sleep supplements the amount per bottle made no sense when compared to the dosage 2-3 capsules per night before bed. 30 capsules in a jar...so my purchase lasted 10 days, not very cost effective. I will not buy this one again. I am sticking with NSI products from this point forward. September 30, 2007
