Good but wish there wasnt so much wheat and sugar The title of my review pretty much says it. I use these to make baked goods, not to eat plain. We are mostly gluten free, not because we cant tolerate it, but because wheat is not healthy period. Neither is sugar, which these have as well. They are good just wish they were healthier.
