This is the fish oil for you! As most of you know, cod liver oil is an essential part of your diet. However, if you are like me and don't care to take it in liquid form, this product is for you. There are many fish oil products on the market but you must be very careful and do your homework. I did my homework and Nordic Naturals is a highly recommended brand because of its third-party testing for environmental toxins (which toxins can be high in a lot of fish oil brands). No aftertaste or burping and you will know the quality of this product when you use it. February 13, 2013

Have no Idea I've been taking this primarily for the naturally occurring vit. D it contains. Of course, at best it's a trace amount but a little is better than none. No issues with after taste or things like that. December 5, 2011
