I use this alone or with toothpaste. Caution, this is powerful. Touch the tip of the dropper on the brush and add toothpaste if desired. Don't squeeze the bulb. You'll get too much and it will 'set you free'. A drop or two in water makes a nice rinse or gargle. I haven't tried it in my waterpik but I'm sure it will work there too.

Strong stuff
This does leave your mouth with cinnamon taste, and it will make your mouth feel very clean.

This stuff is great!! It really gets your teeth clean! The taste is much milder than I was expecting as well. I put a few drops of it with my regular tooth paste and walk away with a very refreshed feeling in my mouth.
