I use this product as a base with Juice of Rosemary to put my other drops into, like oil of oregonol, Cinnamol, Garlex, etc. You only need 1/2 tsp of each and 6 drops of the oils. It doesn' taste great but it really works. Try not to eat or drink anything for 15 minutes after taking to give the products time to fight off whatever is going on. This is great for stomach ailments, also when you get that tickle in your throat gargle every 4 hours atlest the first day.

oregano
I just started taking the oregano, the taste is not great however I put in a little tea and it is hardly noticable. I will continue taking it as it is really good for you

The best for stomach problems
I've been using this product for a year and couldn't do without it. Anytime I have stomach upset, I take a tablespoon of juice of oregano mixed in 8oz of juice and am feeling better in no time. This is great for helping straighten out bowel movement problems or gas problems also. It may not taste all that great but the benefits are well worth it!
