Not sure of it's benefits, very expensive
I'm still on my first bottle. I think when I was taking at least 2-3 gelcaps/day that my facial skin looked healthier, more taut, but hard to know if I'm not being influenced by Dr. Perricone's book that says eating salmon every morning will give you great looking skin (I read that years ago and my memory can be fuzzy). I'm curious if someone else who's tried this specific brand of salmon oil, has the same thoughts before I buy a second bottle. Because PolarPower is about twice the cost of other brands and oils, I hesitate in buying it again.

Increased Polar Power
Just recd. my new bottle--thank-you for moving to a dosage of 2 vs. 3 supplements and the increased dosage, from 1500mg to 2000mg. A great supplement!
