Not Your Mother's Clean Freak™ Refreshing Dry Shampoo -- 7 oz
New to Dry Shampoo
Meh. Maybe it's great? It's hard to say as this is my first attempt at dry shampoo and maybe my expectations were a little high. I like the smell, it does not leave any residue. But I feel like I have more success just washing my bangs and the top of my hair with a little water and shampoo. I was kind of hoping it would add some volume to my hair, not the case. But It has it's place; it's good to just freshen my hair enough so I can go in public without looking like an un-showered homeless person. But since it kind of flattens my hair, I just wash my hair or bangs when I want to make a genuine attempt at looking foxy.

Great dry shampoo for the price
Considering I'm used to high end dry shampoos, this one works just as well if not better. I have medium brown hair and do not notice any white or ashy residue at my roots. It provides a bit of volume and definitely takes away the shine.

This doesn't replace actually washing your hair, but if you are in a hurry, it makes a big difference in making hair look 'not greasy'. Would recommend.

This is the first dry shampoo I have found that is reasonably priced, does not clog up, and smells nice. I refuse to pay $17 for a dry shampoo, and this one is priced just right. It sprays on evenly, and you can easily control just how much or little you want to apply. I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about, saying it had a bad smell? Not the product I received; it was great. I have dark hair, and this does not leave a white residue. Just a spritz and then let it sit while you do your makeup, then fluff by hand and brush lightly. Set to go! No clogging either, and the can is a nice large size. I have recommended this to friends, sister, and this will be a real timesaver this summer. Finally, an easy to use, pleasant smelling and "clean" dry shampoo that is budget-friendly.

Not a great smell but works well
This product works better than Dove, Treseme, or Suave but the smell is not pleasant. It's not horrible but definately a smell I try to avoid. I have dry shampoo down to an exact science but if you have trouble with the white powdery look this stuff is for you - you have much less of that with this product than with the afore mentioned ones.
* a trick I use is to just spray the dry shampoo in your hair before you go to bed - don't brush it or shake it out - just sleep on it. When you wake up in the morning your hair will look clean and fresh.
