Nourish Tea Organic Happy Matcha Description
Buddhist monks used their amazing skills as master herbalist over 800 years ago to create matcha. It was originally used before mediation to help in mental awareness and clarity.
Place ½ to 1 tsp of matcha in a bowl. Add 100ml of water at 75oC. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until froth forms. Drink to your health! happy matcha makes a great cup of tea but is also fantastic for lattes, smoothies, and added to just about everything.
