Great Tasting Almond Flour
This Almond Flour has a great taste and consistency, I tried the Bob's Redi Mill and this almond flour surpasses it in taste, consistency, and quality and its cheaper !

Great almond flour
This is great almond flour, love the small bag because I don't use it very often. Great for using in breading mixtures in place of bread crumbs. Also great for gluten free baked goods.

The price is good but this almond flour needs to be ground finer and I usually add it to my blender for a product that works better when baking gluten free cupcakes.

Great Pizza Crust
Makes a great thin pizza crust that you can pick up to eat. Buy the Walmart $.92 13-inch pizza pan. Take 1 cup Now Almond Flour, 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs, 1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese, a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix all together then add 1 egg. Lightly grease two sheets of parchment paper with olive oil. Put the ball of dough on one sheet and the other sheet on the top of the dough. Roll it out to fit the pizza pan. Toss the top paper and cook the dough 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Cool 5 minutes, add toppings, cook until the cheese gets bubbly. Yum. For the Walmart 16-inch pizza pan, double the recipe.

I use this product when my family wants something "fried". I coat meat with eggs and then dip in the Almond Flour. My family likes the taste of the Almond Flour better than regular white flour! To add a twist, cook the chicken in coconut oil to give batter a sweet taste- turns out amazing!
