Nubian Heritage Body Lotion Lemongrass and Tea Tree -- 8 fl oz
I recommend - BUT
I've used this product for a few years and have loved it so much. But the manufacturer must have changed something about how it is made in the last 6 months. The texture is very different and I have to use twice as much for the same results I used to get.
I'm looking for a replacement for this product. If I don't find one, I'll continue to use it - it doesn't have parabens or other substances I don't want absorbing into my body from my skin. And I do like the light scent.

I have used both the Lemongrass and the Indian Hemp lotions in the Nubian Heritage line. While I like the smell of the Lemongrass, I have to say the Indian Hemp has the better smell. The lotion smooths on rich and thick and works for a long time. The lemongrass scent is light and pleasant and doesn't seem to linger on me, but I can tell the lotion is working. My skin stays soft all day. This is an excellent lotion for dry skin and you can feel good knowing every ingredient in there is good for your skin.
One thing I do wish they'd change is the bottle. The lotion is so thick, it really needs a pump dispenser. (or some other type of bottle) The soft bottle with a flip top squeeze lid doesn't work well, and you have to really sqeeze hard to get the lotion out.

Too thick and oily
Not expecting it to be so oily

Nice fresh natural scent. Herbal scent lingers, does not smell strong of lemon nor tea tree. I have been using straight Shea Butter or Coconut Oil, but sometimes it's too greasy to get in the car right away, etc....so bought this as an alternative. It offered good but light moisturizing, did soak in well. Did not leave a shine to my skin as the butter/oil does. Softness did last throughout day.

Smells like heaven
This is a wonderful 'lotion'. More like a light cream. The smell is so refreshing, it always brightens my spirits. I use this as a hand cream and as a daytime face cream. Works very well.
