Way way too strong!
I bought the bar soap in this scent and I loved it so I thought I'd try the shea butter. It was way way too strong. So I bought some unscented shea butter to mix a little of this in with it. Still, it was too strong even though the majority of it was the unscented shea butter. I had to just give it away. I'll stick with the bar soap from now on.

Great moisturizer
Very thick/dense, much more than a lotion or cream but for the right purpose, it works perfectly

Excellent product
I love soaps, lotions, creams, body butters, and oils. As I get older I really appreciate products without mineral oil and petroleum, even though I will use vaselline on my feet from time to time.I prefer to use natural oils (hemp, coconut and shea butter) on my neck, wrists, chest, and near underarms.
I was using a different, more expensive line of shea butter and decided to give Nubian Heritage a try after reading so many wonderful reviews.
I am SOOO glad I did. I live in AZ so the product arrived completely melted. I put it in the fridge and 5 hours later it was solid. It does get hard but that is the nature of shea. It melts within 20 seconds of having it in my hand and spreads over the skin, then it melts and sinks right in. The fragrance is fabulous. I smell a small hint of sweet, a small hint of grass, and a bit of spice. There is no weird or cheap smell and no chemical smell. It just lingers.
AFter 5 minutes the shine disappears from the skin but I can still feel the product and the softness of my skin. I can't wait to try all of the others. Thanks guys for a wonderful product with integrity.

lovely fragrance
I love Nubian Heritage Shea Butter, although sellers/ distributors with more expensive products say it couldn't be "pure" because of its cost. Who knows? I am not going to pay much more, so it is priced perfectly. Keeps skin smooth and smelling great. A little grainy, though, like it wasn't mixed well. But I am not complaining. I love vetiver.
