Awesome i do low carb these dont have the hi fat as atkins bars do and after taking off sygar alcohol your about at 4 carbs a bar not 2grms. best in freezer and eaten along w hot tea or coffee for meal replcment or gluten free ugar free lo carb snack that doent have 9 grms of fat or more as all atkins bars have. Yuck I was really looking forward to trying these bars. They were awful! I have tried so much better! If you want a protein bar go with Atkins. They are the best, hands down! February 26, 2013
