Green Rooibos Tea
The taste of this tea reminds me of a very mild black tea, which I love, but gives me a headache. This has no caffeine, is nice hot in the winter and on ice in the summer.

Great for one's health
Read that the green rooibos has almost 2 Xs the polyphenols that the red, though no stats were listed. Do a search on "health benefits for green rooibos tea" and same for the red to see a lot of info. Agree w/last review, a mild taste, not bidder. Same for the red,though it has more of a full flavor than the green. For me both are good straight up. Some times i'll add lemon. It isn't that great tasting tea you 'll crave. For me it's on the side of a neutral taste but good. and well worth drinking for all those benefits. .

love this tea
This is a nice satisfying cup of tea when I want to stay caffeine free. I won't drink decaffeinated brews.
