THE BOMB So I personally like straight-up aged pu-erh and buy it from China...but I grew up in Asia...many not-super-crunchy Westerners don't love the super 'earthy' fermented taste but are interested in all the health benefits. So I present to you the BEST tasting pu-erh blend you can find (so long as you like cardamom) as the cardamom gives this a smooth and pure taste that you will easily get addicted to. I buy this not for the pu-erh base, but for the cardamom--it's amazing. Btw, pu-erh has less caffeine than black teas, in case you care about that kind of thing. Numi's 'chocolate' pu-erh is pretty nice, too, although not super special like this. Not overkill w/ the chocolate hint, and very nicely balanced. However, Vitacost doesn't seem to carry it.
