Coconutty
Nutiva is a great company that offers nongmo products. This Manna has a smooth texture. The fat does move to the top and the product is quite thick, but if you heat it is hot water for a few minutes, it becomes softer. I have eaten this by the spoonful and have mixed it with cocoa and coconut oil to make chocolates. It can be used in smoothies as well as cooking.

this product has it all
Not only is this product good for you, it actually tastes great! Spread on toast like butter it is smooth & delicious. I will definitely be buying this again to keep my pantry stocked. Also love the fast service Vitacost provides - all around......another great experience. Thank you!
