I have only been using this stuff for a couple of months
But I use it from everything from cooking and baking (its awesome in banana nut bread) to using it on my skin
doesnt stain cloths and being in houston my skin seems a little dry (I'm 57) but i use it everyday!

Great product to cook with, great taste!
Although this product is a bit expensive, I enjoy cooking with this oil and have pretty much replaced the use of butter with this oil as it is much healthier. The only downside is it does get firm in cooler weather and is a little harder to work with. I was told it should not be microwaved because it looses some of it's nutritional values, but for cooking and puting on toast it is wonderful. I use it more for cooking than baking. I have also heard that it is good for your hair!

Great price for a great product
I use coconut oil on a daily basis. I use it on my face and for dry skin. It is also great for breakouts. It takes a tiny amount. I also cook with is almost daily and Nutiva is high quality with a mild flavor. I can't believe how long the gallon lasted since my son uses it all the time to cook. He makes great fried fish with it and also on his paleo lifestyle - we make the paleo chocolate which is awesome. Half liquified coconut oil to equal part cocoa with stevia or other sweetener. Add nuts or strawberries, refrigerate and its awesome. He lost 75 pounds in about 6 months and has had no trouble keeping it off.
