Great for increasing protein and tastes great! I have been using this Hemp Protein in a smoothie after my work outs and it is amazing. It tastes fine, I don't really taste it in my smoothie. I tried another brand, and it didn't contain as much protein, and I noticed that was when I lost little weight. I continue to recommend Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein to my friends and family. a fine protein source I use this protein mainly in a recipe that makes a kind of chocolate dessert which is high in protein and good fats and low in carbs. I also use it sometimes when I make a smoothie, although I think this hemp protein is a bit grainy. I like to rotate my protein sources, and I can't use dairy products, so this is one of my protein options. Nutiva always does a good job. March 14, 2013
