"I add this to my morning 'green' shake & find it blends perfectly with a vigorous stir. I use water & actually don't mind the taste...others might want to start with juice or rice milk, etc. This is a great product & I like that it has a healthy dose of protein as well as fiber."

"Although it's a great supplement to your diet, hemp protein tastes like grass. I would recommend using small amounts and putting it in something that will cover up the taste and smell (like a smoothie)."

"Hemp powder is very versatile as a good protein and fiber source. It is fabulous in shakes and smoothies. I think, hemp powder has a nutty pleasing flavor and it really peps up my mango-yogurt smoothie. I drink one for breakfast and I am not hungry until past lunch. Love it!!!"

"I tube feed my alimetation , so my nutrition is base on liquids or blends, need to consume proteins at list 80 a day + calories, hemp protein help me to do that, 2 scoops a day,+ other sources of proteins."
