Not as smooth as whey, but great alternative if you are allergic to WHEY and don't want the estrogen producing SOY shake. 10 grams of protein and ORGANIC. I add it to a cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk or to my fruit smoothies. Don't expect it to taste like dessert, just a good way to get some protein. April 3, 2013

aftertaste I have the chocolate flavor and vanilla and this berry is not as good, it has an aftertaste, I will not buy again, you cannot dress it up with fruit it still has an aftertaste. July 30, 2012

New version of hemp shake Even though it tastes good, prefer the old Amazon Acai with Brazil nut protein. I saw nothing wrong with the fiber in the old one. It's removed in this one. Still, hemp is the best protein & Nutiva is the best hemp company....it's ok BUT not better.... November 24, 2011
