These are great, took another reviewers suggestion to take some out and freeze the rest. I add 2 T to my smoothie each morning, along with 2-3 T flax, more than that of each it gets a very peanut buttery taste. But not a bad thing, jus not what I want every morning. Also is great on salad. Love that it is non-GMO certified.

This is the best Hemp Seeds
I belong to a Raw Food Group and all of us use the Nutiva hemp seeds as they are the best on the market and got them at a great price here at Vitacost. You can use hemp seeds instead of bulgur, rice or just add it to your cereals, salads, smoothies and it is loaded with protein and has a nutty taste.

Wonderful ground in salads, cereals, blnd drinks
I am sold. This stuff is wonderful in taste. Grind it up to the consistency you like in a spice grinder and use in salads, cereals, blnd drinks.

High in protein and Omega 3 & 6's
Another great Superfood. Stores well in the fridge. I use it to sprinkle on top of my oatmeal and in my shakes. I love it.
