I ordered my first bag of these seeds for their health benefits, and I reordered because they are delicious! I use them raw on salads or baked into multi-grain muffins. You won't beat this price or quality!

hemp seeds are fantastic
these hemp seeds are delicious and nutty, very soft and easy to mix with salads, smoothies, cereal, yogurt, cottage cheese, or just straight out of the bag for a quick afternoon snack. I love them and they give me the protein i need without eating meat. i think it's a great product and good price.
